We are mainly a long term stay Rv park
(we also do camping sites)
 
Monthly rate is based on up to 2 person occupancy, 1 Rv and 1 vehicle.

Long term Rv's must be 2000 or newer fully functional and look nice on the outside
We will consider RVs 1995 to 1999 in excellent condition with manager approval
Long term RVs must have a functional toilet and shower

We Have full hook up 30 amp spaces 
Tenant pays electric - ( long term stay only )
Water and sewer included
Garbage included
Free Wifi for the rv park
Bathrooms, Showers, and Laundry mat on site
1 small Pet allowed (under 30 pounds)
Parking for one vehicle

Second pet/vehicles are allowed with manager approval
If you want your own Internet or tv package it is available to each space

Move in requirements:
first month rent and a $300 deposit
Application, good references, background and credit check
Application Fee $20 per adult
